Payments
- You can make a single, partial and multiple payments for your statement anytime after the statement is issued.
- Statement balance must be paid in full on or before 21st of the following month.
- If you have outstanding balance on your past month's statement on the 22nd of the month, we will automatically withdraw your past month's statement balance from your LOC account.
- By signing our term and conditions, you authorize GL to automatically withdraw funds from your LOC account to pay your outstanding statement balance if statement is not paid in full by payment due date.
- If there are not enough funds in your LOC to pay for your outstanding statement balance, your account will be past due and in default. You will have 7 days grace period to pay your full account balance to make your account current.
- If you are in default, you must pay-off your full account balance, in order to keep your LOC active.
- We do not accept cash or check for payment. All payments must be made electronically by debit or credit card.
- You can make a payment with debit card, credit card or transfer.
- If you pay us with credit card, we will charge 3% credit card processing fee.

Monthly Statement
- Your monthly statement is issued on the last day of each month including interest and fees accrued and due for that month. Statement payment due date is on or before 21 days after statement issue date. For example: January statement is issued on Jan 31st. January Statement payment is due on or before February 21st.
- Storage and maintenance fees will be included in the month statement as applicable.
- Statements will be issued electronically and be sent to your email on the last day of the month.
- You will receive notifications for you payment due reminder.
- If the monthly statement is not paid in full within 21 days after statement is issued, the statement will be past due.
- If you see an error on your statement, you must contract us in writing before payment due date otherwise your payment will be due as reflected on your statement.

Customer Shipping Insurance
You shall comply with the packing and shipping instructions. If the packages were dropped off at an unstaffed shipping facility, packages were not physically scanned by the carrier; you do not have a receipt of shipment, you shipped items without using Global loaners provided pre-paid shipping label, you shipped using a different or wrong carrier and you do not have pictures of your tagged items with your initials will result in the nullification of insurance coverage for your shipment.
Items shipped in compliance with our packing and shipping requirements are insured for the estimate second-hand value. The customer acknowledges and agrees that if there is no estimate value which was issued prior shipment, in no event shall GLLLCC’s Liability exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
For insurance claims, you shall provide the following documentation for items shipped to us:
• A printed receipt with tracking number to prove your package was received and scanned by authorized carrier and shipped to our shipping address using Global Loaners pre-paid label
• Clear pictures of each item with initialed Global Loaners tag
• Receipts, proof(s) of purchase, appraisal certifications of the item if available
• A brief, written statement about the package, items in the package, and any other relevant information
• If you purchased additional insurance, proof of additional insurance payment made by you before shipment
Our insurance coverage becomes bound to the package upon meeting all packing and shipping requirements and after the package is scanned and accepted by authorized personnel, a receipt is issued; or an authorized driver scans the package during pickup. Neither us nor its insurers shall be held accountable for packages lost prior to the initial physical scan and acceptance conducted by authorized shipping company. If you utilize a shipping label or service independent of those provided by us, you shall assume sole responsibility for associated delivery costs, insurance, fees, taxes, charges and losses. Insurance shall not be valid in said circumstances.

Packing and Shipping Instructions
GLLLC will guarantee against loss of any package properly shipped to Global Loaners, LLC in accordance with its established instructions and procedures described herein.
Customer shall follow the packing and shipping instructions. Customer shall complete the packing and boxing process in a private and safe environment where the contents do not track attention. Do not use damaged tags or packing materials. If you believe the tags or security seal are missing or defective, do not use and request replacement materials.
Before shipping your items:
1. Write your initials with a permanent marker on the provided Global Loaners tags.
2. Place initialed tags by looping the narrow extension of the label through the item and folding the wider self-adhesive section of the label to secure the lopped extension.
3. Take a picture of each item displaying the initialed tag.
4. Wrap and cushion each item to ensure the packing doesn’t reveal its content and the item is packed to protect from damage. You may use additional packing materials such as bubble wrap, foam peanuts, tissue paper so that your packing do not generate noise or reveal its content during transit.
5. Place items in the bubble cushioned packing envelope and ensure the envelope is sealed.
6. Place the tamper proof sticker label across the sealed section of the envelope.
7. Place the envelope in the pre-paid shipping envelope and seal. For high valued contents, we recommend shipping your items in double-box by placing a small box in a bigger box for added security. You must use double boxing for shipments over 1 pound. If you use double shipping boxes, you must place the provided shipping label on the outside of the outer box. We can also email you the pre-paid shipping label upon your request.
Do not disclose the contents of the package to anyone from packing to though shipping. All shipping must be sent with our prepaid shipping labels. Please email us at shipping@globalloaners.com if you have any questions concerning shipments.
it is your responsibility to photograph each item with customer initialed tag, wrap and package your Items, secure the seal of the packing envelope with the strip of tamper evident tape, ship using pre-paid shipping label, obtain a printed receipt with tracking number to prove your package was received and scanned at a staffed facility, and maintain your records. You must use the provided shipping label and verify the shipping address on the shipping label with the shipping address below.
